how many seats are allotted to travel agents, as a separate quota? i couldn't get reservation in 2AC for 14th June from MAO-CSTM, but i went to a travel agent in Madgaon, and he gave me a ticket under his quota, charging Rs. 50 as service fee... how do these travel agent quotas operate? are these tickets cancellable?

These are QRS/TBA tickets.. These tickets are cancellable but Agent Charges are non-refundable..
