most of the reservation counters u can see touts sleeping at counter for tatkal tickets even you go at 2 AM. might be sleeping from previous night.
make enough seats/trains avbailable... then obviously people will book themselves..
it is the unability to book tickets by self.... bcoz of which people take this agent...
why anyone would pay extra money to touts unnecessarily...
