If you go by road guess you can make it in max 30 Mins max using new Santacruz-Chembur Link road it has direct road connectivity to LTT. Enjoy the trip on it India's first Double Decker Flyover.Guess in reality you can make bit earlier also.

Yes heard it provides direct drop step connectivity for LTT. Now it seems become easy to reach there earlier was bit tedious.You can see in Pic the road leads direct to LTT & can see the trains in back ground.
