Has the Tatkal Charges also been revised from 25th June 2014 ?. I was looking at fare enquiry of Indianrail.gov.in from jaipur to agra cantt by 19666 Exp in 2A class. The normal fare being shown is Rs 690/- while Tatkal fare is being shown as Rs 1400/-. It means Tatkal charges of Rs 710 for normal fare of Rs 690/- i.e. 103 percent !!

I suppose when fare is increased tatkal charges will also increase... Wait for further details report... Thanks...
all base fares will increase hence irrespective of the kind of ticket , rates will increase , whether tatkal , senior citizen all will increase...
