It is a very good initiative to make stations clean but NFR should also look into the matter regarding willfulness of its employees. e.g. I have seen at many stations under NFR that the clerks at the UTS counter don't issue unreserved tickets to the passengers at any time convenient to the passengers. When a passenger ask for the ticket, the person at the UTS counter ask from the passenger that by which train you want to travel? and when the passenger tells the name of the train then the person at the UTS counter says before 30 minutes of the actual arrival of the train they will sale the ticket. So, a traveler has to wait for the train outside to by the ticket. It is a pathetic behavior of the railway employees.
