According to the railway rules, priority wont be given to tatkaal. First the GNWL will get cleared. The confirmation of CKWL will happen if there are cancellation in CK itself. Agr tatkal ki seat koi cancel krayega tabhi aapki seat confirm hogi and tatkaal me cancellations bhot rare hote h coz there are no refunds.
