I recently travelled on the 22692 - Hazrat Nizamuddin-Bangalore City Rajdhani Express and had a harrowing time with the quality of food being served, the behaviour of the catering staff and general cleanliness in the coach. How can I post a feedback on the IRCTC website? Interestingly, the IRCTC website allows you to submit feedback for only specific trains, and this train does not figures in that list.

You could had demanded the TTE fr the complaint book onboard.
You could had got down at SBC and asked the station Master for the book..
Now u can complain using pgportal.
