think as if a new Janta Express is going to be started between Kolkata and Delhi
the difference being this will originate from / terminate at SDAH instead of HWH

many meaningful trains in ER are 15 coacher...this is anyhow meaningless train :P
no this is not a meaningless train ...providing much needed connectivity between villages and small towns...
