I am traveling today from nzm to ms on this train, i had booked a 2ac ticket but 2ac coache is not attached instead we all 2ac passenger degrade to 3ac.....my question how i can claim refund for price difference between 2ac and 3ac can i ask TTE.....is TTE is authorize to give our money back or we have to file TDR...please help me guys.....

If you have a printed ticket, The TTe wil write on it
or you may ask the SM or Guard to issue a certificate regarding that.
for online TDR in such cases need original TTE certificate
