Yes sir, I travelled on 24th june & found sleeper to be considerably empty ! Only S8,S9 & S10 was fully packed. ACs were jampacked, it looked like sl. GEN unapproachable.

I think so. Tte asked to sit in any vacant berth between S4 to S7. Afterwards, he didn't come to collect the balance also.

i think you got confused with some SB train with Capital...Capital iS ECR zone train & train boards are tiranga colored....this looks like typical GHY CDO train.
