I had a question regarding reservations through e-booking please help.
I want to book 4 3Ac tickets under the same PNR number, if it happens all are in wait list during booking and after chart preparation only 2 confirmed or RAC and 2 waitlisted.
I want to cancel the whole ticket if all are not booked, How shall I do that?

1) while canceling, it ask for which tkt / pax to cancel.. u can select the pax
2) Partial CNF / RAC / WL can TRAVEL PROVIDED, TTE APPROVES.
3) only full WL etkt PNR gets auto canceled if remains in WL after charting.. For partial CNF / RAC / WL, in case if CNF / RAC are traveling and WL is not traveling, u need to get Pax not traveled certificate from TTE and send the same to IRCTC NDLS for refund, AFTER FILING ONLINE TDR.
