its not a indian railway budget. ithink its akolkata rail budget.

If MAS - TVC Duronto is not part of West Bengal , just like Rajya Rani Exp trains then why are many people calling this rail budget as an All West Bengal n Calcutta Rail Budget ?? What's the fuss all about ?!!! Anyways , only 2 Durontos RM has given to her Home State , out of 9 Durontos . Mind you , 1 Duronto out of 2 WB ones , is for Bihar . Now even Bihar has got a Duronto (Between Shalimar and Patna) . This is indeed a National Rail Budget as Ms Mamta Banerjee has given more trains to Bihar , than Mr Lalu Yadav has given to West Bengal , as RM . Thanks .
