The most unique features of Mumbai Locals..is the huge rush in local train but still you will see people smiling when they reach their destination. Also,one of the most unique feture which you will not find anywhere is Train Management System due to which the frequency of Mumbai Locals is just 3-4 mins. You will find local trains running after every 3 mins.
I think frequency is there in Sealdah suburban trains but there is no smile on people's face while being in ruthless sea of humans

The most important, they are "LIFE LINE" of Mumbaikars... And known for their frequency and puctuality.
ya bt the most important fact is that...metro , monorail also cannot take away the "lifeline" tag from Locals of Bombay
