New delhi-Ludhiana shatabdi is not the new train as annonced in rail budget 2011..Indian railway had started this train few months ago...But terminate the service because of lack of booking...Then why need to start it again.....
There are lots of old ICF Rajdhani Rake plying here n there, which needs to be repainted n run as Duronto or AC Express & Shatabdi Rake as Tesing Shatabdi!!
