Filed a RTI to find how many AC berths are booked every month for every train from BZA to BPL/AGC and NDLS.
This will answer the demand from BZA to NDLS and will be helpful to demand to start AP AC Ex from other places.

BZA won't fill up the entire train but yeah this new train(A.C Express) could well end up becoming the Vijaywada Rajdhani ones the new capital starts attracting a plethora of people in search of livelihood.....i think it needs a good 5 to 10 years or may be more to start running with optimum capacity from it's source station.I think they could well run it thrice via VSKP and VSKP will provide the much needed leverage and if demand really shoots up,i don't see no reason why they can't introduce 'Two Rajdhanis one via NGP and one via VSKP but yeah could take a bit of time.
