IndianTrainFanonTwitter~ 10340 blog postsThe way the Pilot Loco saved the BBS Raj Exp on the Grand Chord Route is commendable. This stretch of Paraiya - Guraru - Ismailpur - Rafiganj on the Grand Chord Route is known for such insurgency incidents on trains. Do you feel that such a pilot loco could have saved the derailment of the DBRT Raj Exp a few weeks back ? It seems that the Chakrabanda Forest Belt of these Aurangabad and Rohtas Districts of Bihar are posing this stretch of the Dhanbad - Gaya - Mughalsarai Grand Chord Route to become very unsafe for trains, specially during night time :-(

Coordination from Bihar State Govt with IR ?? HA Ha ha.... in the History of Indian Railways we must have hardly seen any State Govt that has been in power in Bihar that may have cooperated with IR. Why doesn't this State Govt make the Forest Areas beside Grand Chord Tracks insurgency free ? The same rule applies for the Jharkhand Govt too regarding the Grand Chord stretch from Dhanbad to Ghujandi. Trains should run a bit slow on these tracks during night time but from my own experience of traveling in 12357 Durgiana Express I have seen that loco pilots speed up the train on the contrary just to reach MGS on time <:-p
