Its not about MPS of SF or RAJ/Shat, 22110 was proposed as a Rajdhani level train so rightly it has been alloted appropriate timings/slot
22110 was slotted in Mas/Sc Dur slot of 15:50 with 130 MPS because of its halts while Duronto's have 120 MPS
It is of course faster than Bpl Shatabdi but only 5 mins slower than Sbc Raj so timings wise it has a more aggressive run, All this because of halts...
