friends, peak off season going on. please dont book a tatkal ticket blindly. please check the general quota availability first. if in high waiting list, only then go for tatkal. there are plenty of PNRs which have booked tatkal inspite of general quota berths being vacant.

Now a days it looks all the year is peak time in IR. I remember my days back in 80s and 90s when the peak season were Holi, summer vacation, Dewali and Year end. Ab to yar har din WL. Kya hoga. After some year it will be called peak hours instead of peak months. Good tips for Last Minute Travellers like me.
