After 10 pm, what is the best and cheapest way to go to New delhi railway station from delhi airport Terminal T3? Prepaid Autos are available from there ?

Apart from the prepaid taxi, radio taxi and black yellow taxi there is one more way to go to Delhi railway station and other areas that is by DTC Bus. Bus Fare is 75 rs. For frequency of buses just check below link

Note : - These are tentative timing not exact
There are night special DTC buses , which have specific timings from the Airport to New Delhi Station.
The fare is less , viz 64 INR- 80 INR (??).
But check the timings from the Official website of DTC.(www.dtc.nic.in).
This might be the cheap, but not the best option.

Yes Abhijeet, night buses are there. When you will open a website www.dtc.nic.in
it will automatically redirect to
www.delhi.gov.in/wps/wcm/connect/DOIT_DTC/dtc/home
on this website you need to click on this link "Special Services of Delhi NCR to IGI Airport" it will open the same page which i mentioned in Entry number 117863-9
