Triple Stack container need proper moderation, if it has to run at higher speed. mostly, two units or else 3 units will b needed in order to handle much weight. and running at speed will b a challenge for a triple stack container, and not long it can run above 80 km/h, cause at curves, the entire weight will b compromised.
only normal container freight can easily b handled, but talking for more than double, even a GT90MAC goes under 80 km/h with 3 units, hauling up to 110 double stack.

koi baat nahi. route straight hone se b, safety will b considered. if authorities find it safer, then clearance would b given to their necessary speed apart from caution and all.
Triple stacked shouldn't face any operational issues ahead, like any bridges, FOB's etc. apart from it, less weight will b given as per needed.
GT46MAC WDG-5 is enough for 30-35 Double Stack, but triple stack "might" need twins and if the triple stack is more than 40-45, as the 525 kN shouldn't face any wheel drag if hauling more than

5000-6000 tonnes.
Of course, IR hasn't introduced any Auto Rack Freight til date.

Anyways, I hope, best results come out in near future in WDFC.

Raam Sir... from your technical explanation it seems that Safety should always be considered over High MPS for Indian Freight Trains on DFC and Normal Tracks too. I feel that Single Stack Container and other freight trains like BOXN, Open Hip-Hop Wagons, Coal Wagons or Tanker Trains will surely give a 90-100 Kmph MPS parallel run to passenger trains on BCT-BRC and HWH-CNB Routes :-)
