When i take this train from chennai at 2.30 at what time i can reach tirumala not tirupathi........ can any experience please let me know.....
I would say it takes approx 40 mins - 1hr from TPTY to Tirumala. So you can expect to be in Tirumala by 7 PM considering the train doesnt get delayed
8 clock i have darshan ticket. Is that ok right to take this train from chennai?????
There is bus stand just outside the station side of PF1 which has enough buses/jeeps to Tirumala.

Even if you are delayed than 8PM for Darshan at the queue complex you will be allowed to enter the queue.
So do not worry much about exactly being at the queue complex by 8PM :-)
