When we talk about Railway Staff's behaviour, what comes in our mind?
Rude, Careless etc.
Here is my personal experience with them at Azamgarh Railway Station.

was long queue for the ticket but after some time I reached to the window. I asked, "Sir, ek platform ticket dena."
He said, "Computer kharab hai aise hi Chale jao"
I said, "TT pakdega to fine marega"
He said, "Yahan Kaun ticket ko puchhta hai. Agar koi puchhe to mujhe bata dena"
But I insisted but he resist so I bought ticket from alternate agent by paying Rs. 8 instead of 5.
And you know guys, he was right. There was not a single person to check ticket. People were easily going in and coming out.
