Mannai exp can be run b/w TJ to MS via NMJ, MQ, NMJ, TVR, MV-VM. A Bypass line can be laid at NJ. It is Kaalathin Kattayam. LR is required at NMJ when train travels b/w MQ and TJ. The main road passes thro NMJ railway station therby disturbing traffic.
MQ can't fill a train.Starting train from TJ will be appropriate. When Kamban gets diverted via PER-KIK-VLNK, Mannai will serve TVR-MS connectivity.

Sir I think mq-pkt gc work has been completed 20 to 50 %(not sure but). But tvr -pkt work itself is not started. Even yard remodelling at pkt didn't happen. So there may be a way of completing mq-pkt first and extend mannai till pkt.
