Modern luggage trolleys operated by Rail Yatri Sevaks for the convenience of senior citizens and ladies have been introduced at Howrah station through the sponsorship of State Bank of India. It has been decided to extend this facility to Se...aldah, New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Thiruvananthapuram stations in a phased manner.
These trolleys can be booked in advance through specific telephone number notified for the purpose or at the nominated counters on arrival at the station.
