Probably due to Geographical Aspect of the region, trains run under certain speed limit.

yes geographical aspects are there, but according to me there are some minor glitches which is increasing journey time.
first RNC-DHN route: dividing this section in three parts;
1. RNC-MURI -- in this route train goes through hilly portion till KITA. Minimum time taked to reach muri is 1Hr 3 min, which i think is good. as average speed is 60kmph.
2.MURI-CRP-- This

section is flat one very less gradient. still train takes 53 minutes to reach BKSC(53 km from muri). this is problem this section has double line from MURI to BKSC should be covered in 35-40 minutes. simillarly from BKSC to CRP train takes 25 minutes to cover 15km. till damodar bridge this section has double line, but after this rest 5 km till CRP is single line. this need to be doubled.
3.CRP-DHN: There two routes to reach DHN, via GMO & Via KTH. KTH route has several coal mines so there is speed restriction of 45kmph till dugdah.
but via GMO route there is no problem of speed restriction. In CRP -GMO section train runs at 110kmph & GMO-DHN is fit for 130Kmph. but in CRP-GMO-DHN route, engine reversal is needed at GMO. this can be done away with, by constructing 1km loop line , so that there is need to go to GMO. if this is done then CRP to DHN travelling time will reduce to 30-35 minutes. now shatabdi takes 55minutes.
