Can i catch 17644 circar express at SLO by taking 12717 Ratnachal express from VSKP is it safe?.

don't believe in 12717. It is regularly getting OT by 18047 group and 18463. So don't take risk. Better to catch in BZA.
Luckily on friday i caught 17644 at SLO by taking 12717 from VSKP. i felt some tense when the train running like hole hole between VSKP AKP from AKP it was all greens for 12717 and reached SLO around 15:00.
18047 came 15 minutes after 12717 left from SLO.then 17644 came.
