Travel time has not been decreased for 13401/13402 Bhagalpur Intercity Express despite removal of 5 halts enroute Danapur. As per latest time table released by IR. Very poor state of affairs. Easily could have decreased by 30 minutes.

Very true !!
But decreasing of of travel time for 13235/36 SBG DNR Intercity should be of prime concern, tooks almost 9 hours 10 minutes just for 306 kms.
With a whooping 33 kmph average speed !!
