This is even more surprising as we as an single indivudual can't even make use of the ALL in ONE option "QuickBook" to book a Takal Ticket.

"Some days back , the issue of 'forum to voice the concerns of agents was discussed' but then nothing is heard further." if you could change as " concerns of good agents about bad agents" then it will be more appropriate.you must act (in words and in spirit) to eliminate bad agents from good agents.then only good agents will get little sympathy of general public.
