Fondly remember those old days way back somewhere in 91-92 that this train with train number 6043 Madras -Patna exp with brown coaches and in between some coaches with old Rajdhani livery use to arrive at 12:20 pm only on Friday with one 2 ac and 1 first class and on diesel traction all the way till Patna... Used to reach Patna by 12 pm and everytime got rescheduled because it's scheduled departure was 3:35 pm... Departed mostly by 4:30 or 5 and everytime used to get overtaken by Poorva then know as Deluxe with twin diesel till Mughal Sarah...What a charm Poorva had at that time..Nagpur arrival time was 13:25 but 6044 Patna-Madras mostly reached by 3 pm but was slow between Nagpur -Chennai-nagpur as compared to now which is second fastest between Chennai-nagpur in SF category after TN...

Sanghamitra popularity increased after SBC extension......Even Ganga Kaveri should be extended if possible
Sirjee i think Ganga Kaveri has RSA with some other train dats why extension won't be possible but removing that RSA and extending till Bangalore will definitely help
