If after chart preparation ,all the passengers are in RAC & few passengers wishes not to travel how can one get the refund if ticket is purchased from window
If E-Ticket, File TDR
If ticket purchased at counter, Journey Starting station PRS will cancel the ticket.
If ticket purchased at counter, Journey Starting station PRS will cancel the ticket.
Is their any procedure where TTE gives the certificate,if not cancel at the window?
