On8/9/2014 I reached Talcher station at 2:10 Tapaswani express is on the platform it arrival time is 1:55 and departure time is 2:20 still 10 minutes is there for departure but ticket counter is closed I complained to station Master his reply is there is rule ticket can't be issued after arrival of train! wow what should I do?

Dats correct. some stations don't allow tickets to be issued once train arrives. not sure why but logic may be without ticket passengers may rush to counter and get short distance ticket and still travel. but generally they do issue
