When Chennai, Bangalore, Secunderabad will get Second Rajdhani? These metro are highly developing drastically. When railway will make this arrangement?

The reason is simply. Raj like SBC, BCT or BBS reaches Delhi with 2 ONT or 1 ONT where this Raj wastes 1 and 1/2 day kinda. Hence TN gets much more demand than Raj.

It runs with more than 80% OR and Drnt and Raj overlap on same day and hence, the OR looks less. Even with wonderful timings, YPR Drnt to DEE runs very bad sometimes in summer too.

The timings are bit incovenient for Raj/Duronto/GR travellers. If anyone wants to go quickly will also look for air travel than taking Raj.
Also daily trains will get more prefered travellers than bi-weekly. So, need to have daily Raj departing MAS around 7 PM and reach NZM around 9 PM.

Yes, the time what you said is correct or start after midnight and reach 4am the next day(ideally day 3).
Duronto should be cancelled. Chennai Rajdhani frequency should be increased with a big change in TT.
