what has IR achieved by playing around with the TT of so many trains ...of which most of them are of no significance..1 to 2 mins here and there ..does IR achieve anything from it
it's an every year thing. looks totally illogical to me. 2 mins early departure yet next station right time. if only Indian railways valued every single minute. instead that leads to fresh painting of whole time table board at each station every year wasting crores of rupees
absolutely my thinking goes the same way , remanaging things will cost crores ...but IR seems to be ok with that , infact they relish these changes ...
