Govt should give free hand to L&T to construct, I mean it should not interfere to change the design ...
Design is already done. Now they want to change. It makes cost ineffective for L&T.

construction work for hyd metro by L & T already underway but new govt wants changes in some sections if changes taken place it will take more time + more money required+undeground construction +land settlement problems will be more so L & T after requestiing tg govt about problems in new plan new govt is not listening to thier voice/plea ,so L & T used its last option if u want to go by new plan u can construct this hyd metro we r out .
100% agreed. L&T did the right thing, not only L&T ANy infrastructure company will refuse to if there are changes in engineering design at last movememt.
Thats why its said that before start of civil foundation/footings 90% of engg drawings should be available. I hope this is an EPC project

very APT reply by L&T , this TS govt is giving out bizarre statements day in day out ..let the damn project complete , it will so so so so helpful for Hyderabad ..
