As per inputs from veterans n info from RF's,
Patna n RJPB haven't been upgraded to 140.
The only tested section was Ghaziabad - Govindpuri, which wasn't cleared later.
The rest section was tested, but it still in 130 km/h. No nod has been given to any trains to go above 130 until CRS clears it.
