140 kMPH certified documents FIRST time on IRI...
Just for NCR haters and all those who believe only on proofs...
These are the special documents and sets of instructions that tells loco pilot at a particular operating speed their train will cover a distance in given time...as well as section wise speed...here 140 KMPH is clearly MENTIONED and tracks permits 140 kmph...if the 140 kmph is not allowed Then why they are instructing their crew about 140 kmph ???
