What exactly is your question?
The PNR status of General Waitlisted ticket is not related to Tatkal quota which will open for booking 1 day before travel. And on that day, you have a chance of getting Tatkal seats. Whether you will actually be able to get any seats at all in Tatkal will depend ONLY on how quickly you are able to get your reservation on the day when Tatkal bookings start because Tatkal fills up really fast in peak season, especially for good trains like KK. It has no relation to any other PNR.
