Sir, let me explain. You made two observations -
NWR has less delays i.e. high punctuality, and NWR has no electrification to imply that having electrification causes delays.
I extended the same argument as -
Andaman has less delays (i.e. NIL) and Andaman has no trains to imply that having any trains causes delays.

My point is that if NWR doesnt even have electrified tracks and has high punctuality, it does not automatically imply that electrification is bad for punctuality. Tomorrow if we find a diesel loco failing midway, it won't mean diesel traction is bad for punctuality.
Arriving at such an extreme conclusion as you did based on a couple of accident scenarios is as ridiculous as my comparison. I was just trying to make an exaggeratedly ridiculous comparison thats all.
