I spoke to Jena station master just now and he says only sleeper coaches are augmented to trains mentioned here but not a single AC coach.
Permanent augmentation of AC coaches may take another decade under Ecor dispensation or earliest if new zone is formed.
Once SECoR is formed with VSKP as its headquarters, YOU CAN SEE GREAT CHANGE.
