The feature is now available. Members who have already been authorized to create Chains will see the "Add Imaginary Train" link. Other members will not see the link, and will have send me a pvt. post. We are doing this controlled release, to check spammers who may flood the site with spurious Trains and questionable TTs. Even though we understand that the trains are imaginary, the TTs would need to make some sense.
