in april I have heard from a friend of mine who contacted agent for cnf ticket.
he asked for Rs. 1800 extra per form. He told that agent has a software which books 3 form simultaneously within 30 sec. He got the ticket which was booked within 32 sec i.e. 08.00.32

Existence of such software is common knowledge now. This is why IRCTC was forced to introduce Captcha on its booking site because automation software could book 100s if not 1000s of tickets in a very short span of time. How these new types of software are beating Captcha, I dont know but its still happening although at a slightly reduced level.
