At what time would the chart be prepared for 2951 Mumbai Rajdhani for Surat to Delhi today? The train departs at 19.46 from Surat

NOrmally the chart will be prepared 4 hours before departure time of a train. In some cases, it will be 2 hours only. For trains running in early morning, the charts will be prepared on previous day itself.
