The Rajhdhani express from Ranchi to new delhi is not at all well maintained . we travelled in the ac first class but the coaches were very very old and the toilets of even ac first class did not have proper facilities like tissue paper rolls and soap. the toilets were not clean even though the train starts from ranchi .the overall cleanliness of the train is questionable. one travels in ac first class to have the best facilities but we were shocked to receive the service . the food is also not of very good quality and the breakfast served is also the same since time immemorial.the cabin lights also are not maintained . the glass of the windows are stained or broken .

cabin carpets were so dirty that my four year old daugthers feet became black from the dust.
why cannot the railways which is a profit making organisation recycle its old coaches and keep providing good service to its customers? why do all government organisations take its customers for granted?
why would one travel in ac first class by paying 3300/- per person with such pathetic state of the trains ? the low cost airlines which cost in the range of 3500-5000 is a better option and definitely much faster.
the authorities in charge of the total maintenance of the trains must atleast take notice and provide the customers value for money if they want to retain the partonage the indian raliways has been enjoying till now .
it was a very disappointing experience.
