If you have booked E-Tickets,then there is opt whoch you have to fill for 'Blanket Required-Yes/No'.....If you have filled it with No...then you can buy it in train ...Will Cost rs.25 approx.
This isn't a GR to have a option as mentioned by you while booking.

Blanket+2 Bed sheet+1 Pillow+Face towel shall be provided by default same as in all AC sleeper classes.
