13063 / 13064 Balurghat - Howrah Bi weekly express has been introduced w.e.f. 13-10-2014. Train no. 13063 will leave Howrah every Monday and Tuesday at 08-00 hrs. to reach Balurghat at 19-15 hrs. While train no. 13064 will leave Balurghat every Monday and Tuesday at 20-15 hrs. to reach Howrah at 06-15 hrs. The train will have AC 2 tier, AC 3 tier, sleeper class and general second class accommodations.

As per my opinion this train should have been a night journey at UP direction too. An 11 hour stretch is a wastage of a whole day especially when the train has sleeper(AC/Non-AC) arrangement.
