For your info... Maximum speed is about 80-90 kph in Villupuram Katpadi section... Reason for passenger trains not running with electric loco is due to shortage of electric locos... This was confirmed by one of the Railway official in Vellore Cantonment station... And in near future passenger trains too run with electric locos in this section...
