Cancelling of ticket is not allowed in Premium trains, i.e. there is no refund. Normally if a train is late for more than 3h late for a boarding station, full refund is available even on tatkal tickets from that station.
What is the rule for premium train if it is more than 3 h late for boarding station, will cancellation and refund be allowed?

For Premium trains refund shall be available only if the train is cancelled...
Ya that is ok, but what if the train is 6-7 h or more late (3h is normal for many routes) and it makes no sense to travel for the delay - still cancellation is not allowed? what is the great logic behind this? I am a bit confused
No option of cancellation of ticket in Premium trains..These are all Terms & Conditions a passenger has to abide while booking the ticket in Premium trains :)
