The current locomotive sheds which house WAP 7 are:

3. Ajni (Code:AJNI)
4. Howrah (Code:HWH)
5. Bhilai (Code:BIA)
6. Royapuram (Code:RPM)
7. Tughlakabad (Code:TKD)
8. Gomoh (Code: GMO)
3 WAP 5: Total 100 locos are in operation in two sheds as described below:
In addition to GZB shed till date, Vadodara electric loco shed is also given with new WAP5 locos from feb-2012 starting from 30044.No 30044 is named GAURAV.

So total passenger locomotive is 979 out of which
P 4:699
P5:100
P7:180
On percentage basis:
P4: 71.39% of the total stock
p7: 18.39% of the total stock
p5: 10.22% of the total stock
At least from the above statistics it can be said that P4s will dominate and will secure top position in the list in future also.
