Whether tatkal facility is available for this train? It is showing regret/wl1. What does it mean?
If, upon checking tatkal you are getting Regret/WL1, that means Tatkal booking is not allowed for the particular class/train.

but for 18th march, tatkal is available between MS and MDU, but not available between MS and TEN, WHY?

This has been done to safeguard the interest for the passengers wanting to board from areas which has high demand for this train.
Try and check for some station combinations you would understand urself.
Ex:- Tatkal is there for MS-MDU & MDU-TEN.
