Dear sir,
In Khammam station coach indications at platform 2 are not working and we are not assured the loaction of the caoch and there is no any information booth at platform so that we can enquire, in such a condition can a passinger stop the train by pulling the chain to board the train.

You can ask SM about location of coaches... Chain pulling may lead you to fining by d authorities
is not the responsibility to keep the coach indicatore in order or keep a information centre on the platform
Chain pulling is to be resorted to only in case of health and accident/life emergencies and is an offense otherwise. This is not answer to your grievance. Please provide your grievance in writing to the appropriate authorities with support from organizations such as resident welfare associations or traders' associations in your locality if possible to add strength to your petition.
